MK300 Optional :Multifunction Design

MK300 optional① 90 turntable
Slew Bearing type turntable ,No need maintenance in future ,400-750mm working high ,the turntable turn every 90 degree ,the MK300
will pack one strap on pallet. total turning 4 times achieve each side of pallet have 2 straps，each strap position fixed ,pattern :2×2 2×0 0x2 bypass

MK300 optional② Moving Frame:
a. if pack 2 straps both on width side and length side The straps position on side can be diffierent. MK300 will according to pallet each side size to
adjust straps position.

b. make machine suit for different pallet size if all pallets bottom though hole for strapping do not have intersection , Moving frame will according tosize to move machine to suit for it.

c. if length and width side ,one side need strapping over 2 times ,Moving frame + 90 turntable achieve pattern:2×3 3×3 3×2 2×2 2×0 0x2 bypass

 

MK300 Optional :Multifunction Design

MK300Pro Dual Strapping Head Pallet Strapping Machine
1. MK300pro with Strapping Head 2 straps which will achieve pack on pallet at same time ,it will high improve the packing efficiency and suit for unstable pallet like empty bottle which need two staps pack on same time.
2. If product need be pressure function like Cotton , Mehemical bag，battery ramw materials bag MK300 Pro can be optional with maximum 500KG Top pressure function on product before strapping.

MK300 Option Description:

Top edge protector applicator
Automatic put the edge corner on pallet so that protect the soft products during strapping .maximum 100pcs 50*50mm wide and 100mm length paper corner,the corner in round shape also available.

Powered super PET jumbo dispenser
1500mm turntable ,From 50-500 kg coils of PET for more uptime, less coil changes plusmuch improved work safety.M type turntable or ramp optional.

Automatic Batten feeder
MK300 batten feeder is a custom made function ,widely used in lumber feild,Available as a single or up to three compartment version. Handles battens of different lengths.
